She still didn’t call back, and when I got a hold of her, she was very condescending and straight out lied and said that there was no work being done above our room which we already had confirm that there was with the other employee. I asked if they could have the manager call lessons the manager never got a hold of us. We did hear that the guy removed the compressor when we left the hotel.
I asked to get moved to a different room And the lady said she needed to get a hold of the manager which she never was able to do but we were so sleepy that I just decided to stay in the room a little bit afterwards. That was confirmed by the lady in the front desk when I had talk to her. We were not able to sleep because they left a compressor plugged so it kept on releasing air. Spent close to $400 for a horrible getaway. New management is horrible and plain out liars.
